I39ll be testing it out along with my THD HotPlate to hear the differences, but I39m 100 sure I39ll end up getting the RockCrusher. I39m a Rivera fanboi and this unit looks awesome. I39m using one of the Rivera Rock Crushers with my 1993 Marshall 100W 1959 Super Lead. It works great, and doesn39t seem to change your tone like other Attenuators

I did notice an improvement when switching to the Rock Crusher, both with the WOSIII processed sounds, and also when playing through a real cab at lower volumes. But then, kind of on a whim, I bought the Rivera Silent Sister w V30 in it. I still use the RC to knock 3db off. I have a couple SM57s in itboth on and off axis.
