Roper Dryer Heats Sometimes

My dryer only heats up sometimes, what could be the problem? The thermal fuse, thermostat and heating element checked out fine on a multimeter, and I flipped the switch in my house fuse box as well. The dryer only heats up once in a while, mostly it does not.
